Google is testing the ability to install Android apps directly from search results

"It will help to download any app directly from search result by just clicking on the install button that is showed on small permission window just like the Play Store."

As per Android police, the feature is currently in early stages of development and is being rolled out to a small number of users at the moment.

It appears when you search through the Google App for any app or game, but does not work when searched by through the Chrome browser.

The feature has been available for some users for some time, but now the search engine giant is testing out the capability for a wider rollout.

It is expected to be rolled out to all users in the coming weeks.
